What’s the minimum for a bulk quote?
Bulk quotes start at 20 devices. For fewer than 20, our instant quote gives you a price in seconds.
Can we send a mix of models and conditions?
Yes. Most business lots are mixed. Send phones, tablets, and watches across brands, storage sizes, and conditions, including damaged or non-working units.
How is our bulk quote priced?
As you build your inventory, you’ll see live bulk pricing by device based on model, storage, carrier, condition, and quantity. Bulk pricing can differ from our instant quote for single devices. Your estimated quote lists the price each and line total for every group, plus an estimated total payout. Final pricing is confirmed after inspection.
What if devices don’t match the Expected Grade we gave?
We inspect every device and send a final report that compares your Expected Grade with the grade we confirmed, line by line. For example, if you sent 40 phones as Good and 6 arrived as Fair, you’ll see those 6 priced separately and the adjusted total before payment is issued.
How is our company data handled?
Devices are logged by IMEI or serial on arrival and processed securely. Data is erased before any device is resold.
Should we remove iCloud, Google, or MDM locks before shipping?
Yes, please sign out of accounts and release any activation or MDM locks. Locked devices can still be sent, but they are priced differently. Note them on your request.
How do we get paid?
Choose bank transfer, wire, company check, or PayPal. Payment is issued as soon as your final report is approved.
